With used electronics you can often choose how VAT is applied. Molano offers each option where possible and invoices each VAT type separately.

Margin scheme

No separate VAT on the purchase invoice; when reselling you only pay VAT on your margin. Useful when you sell to consumers.

Standard 21% VAT

VAT is shown on the invoice and you reclaim it as a business. VAT is calculated after any discount.

Reverse charge

For businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.

Split invoices

Order margin and standard devices together and you get one invoice per VAT type, together matching the order total exactly.

Do you sell to consumers?

No. Molano is a B2B wholesaler. Open a free business account; once your company details are verified (KYC) you see prices and can order.

What warranty do I get?

30 days as standard. Per order you can choose 6 months (+1%) or 12 months (+2%).

What does shipping cost?

€7 within the Netherlands and €20 to the rest of the EU, shipped from Haarlem. Shipping insurance is optional at 1%. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
